It has become a tradition.
We LOVE the Hawkeye Train
It was much colder than we would have hoped this year,
but it was still fun.
And.....
to top it off....
the Hawkeyes BEAT Michigan:)

A great fall day in Iowa

Waiting for the train,
met the sweetest people,
a couple who saw our boys and told us they have 5 boys.
Wow, and they were awesome.
They had two teenage boys with them,
and the boys didn't seem to hate them.
I even saw them taking cute family pics.
Love it.

We were cold, but mostly sad it was over.
It is one of our most favorite things about Iowa.

Christy, you have such a beautiful family! You will never regret all of these moments you are recording. How awesome. You have motivated me to want to take more pictures of even the little things that happen in a day. So fun to look back on!
